Blueberry Walnut Overnight Oats


  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt


  • Add oats to a container of your choice and pour in milk.
  • Alternate between layers of yogurt and blueberries. Top with walnuts, chia seeds, and drizzle with honey.
  • Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning!
  • Top with additional blueberries and walnuts, if desired.
