- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- Add oats to a container of your choice and pour in milk.
- Alternate between layers of yogurt and blueberries. Top with walnuts, chia seeds, and drizzle with honey.
- Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning!
- Top with additional blueberries and walnuts, if desired.
