- 3 large bananas, sliced
- 3 tablespoons almond butter
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
- Slice bananas into ¼ pieces and freeze on a sheet tray until solid, at least 1-2 hours. Transfer the bananas to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the almond butter, vanilla extract and salt. Pulse blender to combine ingredients.
- Transfer to serving bowls and sprinkle chocolate chips over top.
