Banana Ice Cream


  • 3 large bananas, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons almond butter
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips


  • Slice bananas into ¼ pieces and freeze on a sheet tray until solid, at least 1-2 hours. Transfer the bananas to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add the almond butter, vanilla extract and salt. Pulse blender to combine ingredients.
  • Transfer to serving bowls and sprinkle chocolate chips over top.
